Our last of three bottles from this vintage. This bottle is drinking great now and we think it should continue to drink well for a few more years, but sadly we will not know. Juicy brambly black raspberry fruit, heavy cedar notes (a signature of Vincent Arroyo's Petit Sarah wines), black pepper and a thick flavorful finish. It went great with Bob's chili.

Absolutely the best choice for a Birthday dinner with Italian food. Darker in color, but lighter in body, containing multiple fruits, but nothing overpowering. The last of the 6 bottles was a real winner, once again proving that 'good things come to those that wait'. PRW

Never really came together for us. Nose full of petrol just did not blow off. Rich fruit was underneath but failed to push its way past. Hoping the rest of my bottles don't share the same fate.
The moment that the cork was removed the bouquet filled the air with an aroma that's hardly ever noticed. The variety of fruit tastes were about the best I've ever had--and still another one to go. Did you say linger on the tongue? When I close my eyes, I can still taste it.

Certainly improving with maturity. Solid but not a $45 bottle...
