PYCM wine dinner at Anhelo restaurant in downtown Phoenix.
Hard to not be in awe over this opportunity to drink a 33 year old DRC following an awesome PYCM wine dinner- and it be killer. The wine is fantastic in every way- deep, loaded with fruit, spice and everything nice. Wasn’t an environment to take detail notes but the impression was a lasting one- knowing full well we were lucky for the wine to be in such great condition. Fabulous

An immediately arresting nose of Asian spice, smoke, hoisin and dark fruit with savory gamey notes. Drinking stunningly well now but can age a lot longer and I should add drinking much younger than the 01 La Tache tonight.
