Bonarda is starting to be noticed among the great values from South America and this San Huberto Bonarda should help it's reputation immensely. It displays big, ripe, dark fruit flavors and sweet baking spice wrapped in a almost silky mouthfeel. The fruit is fresh and the acidity lively - just as you would expect from a 2011 red fermented entirely in stainless tanks. A terrific value!
