  light yellow/green, clear and bright. intense lychee when just opened, followed by citrus, rose petal and honey. powerful feeling in mouth, honey sweet, balanced with moderate acidity and fresh mineral notes. rich flavours, good weight and length. a little metal and bitterness in finish, reminder you somewhat German-like seriousness.
  
  enjoyed a bottle with family in the Ihumatao vineyard (VM cellar door cafe). walking through those vines, a wonderful experience.
  
  one of top NZ Gewurz wines. BC 90, NZIWS Gold, Ester Show Gold (2012 and 2013). Alc 13.5% , TA 4.3, RS 6.95
