  shared with pat at selkirk manor. not much information available regarding this wine. predominant impression is one of underripe raspberries. looking back at the winemaker's description, i see that he lists this as the primary flavor component. it is hard for me to pick up on the other flavor characteristics he describes. i guess my olfactory bulb has only one channel. perhaps my sensitivity to the tartness masks the rest of the profile.
