This was lovely. A great value for beginning red Burg. Nothing to write home about, simple, juicy, soft, no oak, feminine without being too "light" and relatively balanced front-, mid-, and back palate. Would have liked more high-toned fruit, but this was charming, in the way white Macon are often charming.
