Leiden Clape Cornas tasting March 2013 (Leiden, The Netherlands): Lovely sweet apple, citrus and flowery nose. Taste more stone fruit, good acidity and minerality. Meursault can be very intense (sometimes too much of it to my taste, flavours exploding from your glass), this was a bit more restricted in its intensity which made the wine very special to enjoy.

Chartogne-Taillet, Michel Juillot, Dauvissat, Boisson-Vadot, David Clark, Emmanuel Rouget, Fourrier.: Jumping from the glass with aromas of lemon, white peach and delicious apple. On the palate this wine is full-bodied, with great minerality, brisk acids and lovely depth of fruit. Stunning balance and a long finish! A brilliant Genevrières!
