I can tell that this is in good shape. Spicy nose, black currants, fig paste. Clean and pleasant aromatics. Markedly fresh tasting, satin texture that dances with jazzy flavors. The acid holds it together. I needed this 20-year-old Shiraz tonight after 12 hours in the OR.
