  Sweet, red fruit, cherry and raspberry plus violets, herbs and some earth. Good with the Rosh Hashanah dinner, which had several sweet items on the table.

  Much better than our first bottle. Cherry, raspberry, violets, herbs, a little sweet and not as much earth as our first bottle. I was surprised it went with the Indian food, too. (I would have thought it was too old but it was not).
  
  Perhaps not as showy as our middle bottles, but we had this outdoors too (temperature 85-91) so that might have been it. (I did chill it a little first).
  
  I think this was our last bottle.

  This one was a little better than last one, but not by much. The nose was nice. It had some leather and coffee, but the palate was atrocious. Again spritzy and disjointed. No fruit, no acid, nothing. That’s 2 bottles in a row. Both purchased from the winery and stored in temperature and humidity controlled storage. Either they were just bad wines or they are way past their peak.

  Well received by the family and a good pairing with the herbal, roast rack of lamb.
  
  I would drink well-stored bottles in the next year or so.
