This wine had a both red fruit and dark fruit nose. I believe the red fruit is from the Xinomavro and the dark fruit is from the cab and merlot. After decanting for about 20 minutes, some earthy/mushroom and cigar box aromas came out. This wine still had some moderate tannin. The palate was quite balanced, with only a little heat/alcoholic feeling at the swallow and a long savory mineral aftertaste.
However, this wine did not last very long. The nose was gone and the wine turned sour at about 1.5 hours after open. This is an OK daily wine.

Appearance is clear, medium garnet with ruby highlights. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aroma characteristics reminiscent of tomato paste, blackberry, plum, tea leaves, red fruit jam, meat, ink, bitter chocolate and oak. Palate is medium (+) flavor intensity with flavor characteristics reminiscent of cherry, plum, tobacco, black olive paste, cocoa, bitter chocolate, wet leaves and oak. Medium (+) finish.

(tasted at the shop) Cherry color, seductive nose, sweet aromas, milk chocolate, tobacco, bacon, smoke and the typical sun-dried tomato. Very easy in the mouth (too easy for the variety), low acidity, bacon, round, uneven, short aftertaste.
