{cork, 12.5%, AP 25 13} Solid mid gold, but still bright. Perfect cork. Maturing nose of honey and sandstone. limestone too. Hint of lychee. But with a yellowing of age about it. The palate is dry but rich, dry, with a hint of kerosene to the otherwise brown leaf, honey and apple flavours. Medium weight, low/medium acidity. Even presence along the tongue, but only really a short/medium finish that doesn't quite sustain the interest it seemed to promise. Feels just past peak a bit, but still pretty nice. Drink up.

Festival of Phil (Phil's place, Putney, Sydney): From Coravin. Savoury, cinnamon, green apple, slight kerosene. Medium plus intensity acidity, textured burr, lime over green apple though it does feel slightly more unripe than the 2011. A touch of bitterness on the finish.

From Coravin. medium minus intensity aromas of lemon, herbs, kumquat, clay. Juicy, fleshy, fresh citrus, tiny touch of residual sugar for balance, a little cream, medium length. Quite simple but pleasant.

{cork, 12.5%, AP 25 13} Mid-yellow. Sweetle expressive, somewhat developed nose of stewed apple, cinnamon, custard. Beautiful palate shoing a little maturity; even palate, medium acid, riesling flavours per the nose underpinned by a minerally/stony base. Very nice indeed. Should age nicely a while longer, although the cork was a modest-looking affair. Put it under s screwcap, guys.
