  On the nose there's wet wood & an earthiness, a saliney note, lemons & sweet note ~ On the palate it's light, tight & tart with flavours of wet grass, lime juice, green apple skin & a bitter finish ~ Thin, tart underripe fruit bitter finish & a late acidity kick to throw the whole mess out of balance
