  Very classic white Burgundy. Medium body. Lemon, quince, apple, vanilla flavors. Good acidity and fruit balance, yet there is an overall softness. Has mid term aging potential, but drinking well now.

  Lighter than expected but wonderful with lobster bisque and choppino and halibut with shrimp scampi

  The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, pear, apple, light toast, vanilla, stoniness, hazelnut and butterscotch. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
