  • Medium red. Red fruit nose - a tad over ripe with a hint of alcoholic warmth. Palate of very ripe red fruit but with balanced acidity, intensity. Lovely balance but in a very ripe style, despite the cooler year. Compared to Grivot’s version of the same year, a much bigger wine compared to Grivot’s elegance and harmony but still balanced and enjoyable.
