  For starters the acidity here is still bright and lively while the palate seems more intriguing, but that truly depends on how you like your Sparkling wine: hazelnut and marzipan, with stale bread, rusty apple, and bitter lemon mostly appear on the palate with aromas verging on the side of orange zest.
