The last of the set, and the last of the Wine Access white burgundies I have purchased over the years. Contrary to my August 2017 note, I found this bottle to be quite charming still: restrained but with delicate citrus and minerality, some floral notes, delicate oakiness, lean but not austere.

Not one of my favorite Rullies (or is that Rullys?) I must conclude. Granted it is somewhat long in the tooth at this point and I probably liked it best around 2015. Just a little lacking in weight in the mid-palate.

It's been a couple of years and that maybe a year or so too long. In the glass, the color is a pale straw; but, when I present Dulcie with a glass, she grimaces and utters the word vinegar. This is not encouraging. Well, maybe her observation was not entirely accurate, but I did not find the pretty components I described in earlier TNs.

I think Dulcie and Aylwin describe this very well. I also get the citrus, perfume, and subtle oak.
I had only this lone bottle so for me to worry about this wine's future is moot. However, I don't see this blossoming into something extraordinary. With that, I do think this is a very good wine.

This is going to take some time I think. All lemon and mineral right now.
