  Tannins resolving nicely here, offsetting a beautiful light blackberry fruit palate, with some leather, balsamic, mint. A fine Rotie, drinking now.

  Belle bouteille. Le vin est très typé, peu de tannins, acide, peu de fruit, sur le cuir, balsamique et très fumé. J'ai bien aimé ce vin, pas certain de l'acheter mais une belle découverte.

  Color granatoso brillante, ribete granatoso, capa tirando a alta y gruesa lágrima bien tintada. Notable intensidad de aromas de fruta negra madura (moras y arándanos) con unos tostados de la barrica bien integrados que se ven bañados por una fresca sensación balsámica con mentolados y anís fresco, hierbas del monte bien presentes y eucalipto fresco, manzanilla fresca, suaves especias secas en granos y una ligera mineralidad que aporta un mayor grado de frescura al conjunto. Buena entrada en boca con una astringencia bastante marcada, buen recorrido en el que los tostados de la barrica predominan y se muestran bastante duros y con mucho nervio, potente y gran amplitud, los taninos predominan en todo momento y le aportan volumen e intensidad, buena acidez, muy especiado, ligeros balsámicos y toques licorosos que consiguen apaciguar la dureza, de peso medio, bien estructurado y compacto, notable persistencia. Final largo, postgusto de fruta negra madura y retronasal ahumado.
  Un Syrah con carácter que necesita una buena temporada en botella.
