  Oeil rubis translucide;
  Beau nez en finesse & élégance. Invitant, sur des notes de petits fruits sauvages, les épices brunes (muscade, girofle) & une petite touche anisée.
  Bouche tout aussi élégante & en finesse que le nez, principalement sur la cerise surette, finale légèrement épicée & sur la continuité "surette" de la cerise. Acidité bien vive, longueur ok. Facile à apprécier.

  Really showing well right now. Pop and pour and immediately bright red pinot fruit was jumping out of the glass, along with violet, some spice, and earthy undertones. Bright but balanced acidity on the palate with a rich middle and long mineral finish. Obviously still very primary, but really coming into its own. Would drink another right away without hesitation, but interested to see where it goes.

  Popped & poured initially and then consumed over the next 2 hours.
  
  Tight at first with more unripe strawberry/sour cherry which deepened with air into more blackberry/mulberry flavors with a hint of anise. Grippy tannins present throughout and continued through the finish. Medium acidity kicks in mid-palate.
  
  Enjoyable now but not that complex. Either just somewhat closed down at the moment (as it feels like it may have more to give with time), or it is what it is because it is a NSG.

  Oeil rubis translucide, légèrement trouble.
  Le nex est sur un fruité pure, profond & légèrement fumée. Les épices brunes sont bien présententé Très agréable, élégant & on ne se fatigue pas le nez...
  La bouche est plus en subtilité. Le fruité est en retrait. L'acidité est bien vive. Léger débanlecement. La bouche n'est pas en ligne avec les beaux arômes perçus au nez. Somme toute digeste, simple & agréable.
