Joraesque's review on 11/12/13 nailed it... A perfect description of this wine... To me, it is not sweet and heavy enough to replace dessert, but is too sweet for an aperitif such as an Amontillado sherry... But the flavors are there as described in the other review.

Orange, caramel (creme brulee), cooked peach skin, bitters and cinnamon on the nose; sweet-bitter orange marmalade on the palate, leaning toward a Manhattan cocktail; white raisins on the medium finish. Not overly sweet -- I enjoyed this more than a tawny. Would have preferred slightly more concentration though. Much better as it warmed up than right out of the fridge. 17.5% ABV. 88-89

On the nose rich and tropical but fresh, deep, medium-sweet, floral, muscat, spcies and zesty fruits; deep but with lovely freshness, juicy, only off-dry on the finish, nice bitters; excellent length. Great young Setubal.

Très bon RQP, agréable, pas trop sucré, belle présence en bouche, un genre de tawny léger.
