Round, creamy and delicious with and abundance of fruit and softened edges. The fruit is still primary, but the wine is very nice to drink now, it is a friendly 2000, not overdone, but very balanced and nice - and with some spice and backbone as well. Could live on, no problem, this goes to show the long life i of a Gigondas-wine. Well done!

Delicious gigondas, right in its prime. Cherry, earth and a hint of lavender, medium bodied. With grilled beef tenderloin at Ravinia.

A delicious mouthful of Provence, with sweet cherry, lavender, earth and olive flavors, medium bodied, nice acid and beautiful, soft texture.
