  Lovely. In a great spot. Pure, unforced, saline and yellow fruit Chablisy. Lovely with cold lobster salad

  Very good, though maybe past best. 12.5% alc.
  Colour: lemon
  Bouquet: floral, green lime and pineapple, tropical characters
  Palate: as bouquet, mineral overtones, with fruity buttery texture, good acid and long finish.

  Je constate que c'est ma dernière bouteille d'un lot de 6 et que je n'ai écrit aucune note sur les bouteilles précédentes.
  Notes écrites plusieurs jours après dégustation.
  De mémoire, pas toute la typicité d'un chablis, i.e. peu de minéralité percue, floral, citron et merringue. Acidité au point d'équilibre. Un excellent rapport Q-P. Malheureusement plus disponnible en IP.

  In the Jekyll and Hyde of De Moor, this ended up on the more tropical, fruit side. There were distinctive notes of fresh pineapple, lychee and perhaps mango. With air, more salinity and acidity emerged, but it was on the whole a touch fat and fruity for my taste and usual preference in Chablis (and for the fish we served it with).
