The dark purple colour is a focused and centrated as this wine. The nose exhibits blackcurrant, blueberry and coffee aromas. On the palate, it is soft and supple, with sustained and well integrated flavours of black cherry, olive, vanilla, and chocolate. Rich and soft tannins provide an exceptional round texture with balanced acidity that leads to a sustained, complex finish. A fantastic meritage blend dominated by Merlot and enhanced by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Nice on its own, but truly at home on the dinner table with red sauce pasta or beef dishes.

Cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, and petit verdot with partial appassimento. Inky inky ruby red. Nose of blackberries, canned cherries, and black pepper. Medium-full body, soft tannins (or the appearance of softer tannins because of small sweetness introduced through appassimento). Balanced acidity in mouth, but need a few years to open up (only 2-3 years as tannins won't withhold more than that).
