  Rubino, media trasparenza, stappato al volo inonda la cucina di sentori vinosi e acetici, non un buon inizio, ma non c'è fretta, lo verso nel bicchiere e lascio a riposare una buona mezz'ora. Si riprendende bene e vengono fuori evidenti le note di marasca nera, matura ma al tempo stesso croccante, erbe aromatiche, che mi ricordano uno profumo che non penso aver mai sentito su questa tipologia, il rosmarino, note eteree e leggera volatile a disturbare leggermente. In bocca il vino è segnato da una acidità che dona brillantezza al sorso, l'allungo è considerevole e chiusura levigata e dolce.
