Slate aromas and flavors, medium-light, enough r.s. to give some roundness, but ultimately simple. A good quaffing wine for a sunny afternoon. 12.0% stated alcohol. APN 10 13. Cellared since original release.

Color: medium light straw Nose: red apple, apricot, slate Flavor: tons of minerality, green apple, surprising pineapple finish Mouthfeel: dry, tart, medium weight finish
This was an excellent pairing with homemade Tikka Masala. Will definitely drink this again.

Chatham. Drinks more like feinherb. Classy wine. At this point, not for the petrol averse.
