very light color, very minimal extraction. aromatically lots of green and pepper aromas, some floral red fruits, no oak i can pick up on, some background minerality. on the palate high acidity, lightish midpalate, surprisingly firm tannins, low alcohol. balanced wine with good length, intensity, and complexity. lots of finesse, firmish texture, good expression of place. overall a very pretty, light, simple wine that is a bit overpriced i’d say. drink now.

Clear hue with surprising orange borders for this early vintage. Super expressiv nose : sweat grenadine, a bit of orange and rhubarb, then strong thym, laurier and menthol. Could be weird for some one. Mouth more classic, more calm, balanced on acidity, fine tannins and a quind of orange bitterness. Short to medium lenght. Needs two more years. I do like this unusual grape type. It personnality will not fit everybody. Lots of interest.

I agree with swalker. Very beautiful nose, light bodied, prototypical pineau d'aunis. Delicious and makes you think about it. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Floral notes on the nose. Light and with tea element at mid palate. The floral notes might be overwhelming for some- almost perfume like but I found this to be a good wine. Not as peppery as some other Pineau d' anuis.
