  Flight 8, Germany, Wine 2 (blind): The wine was pale lemon in colour and offered apple, peach and buttercup aromas on the nose. On the palate the wine was semi-dry, with lemon, lime, red apple and peach flavours, paired with medium-minus acidity and good length. The medium-bodied wine had very limited complexity. A very simplistic but very well-made, balanced, easy-drinking wine. Drink now.
