  Deep blood colour. Very opaque and slightly cloudy. Dusty nose, with an intense, pungent aroma of bloody beef, salami and orange. Mouthfeel resembles orange juice. The entry and finish resemble orange juice with a touch of red fruit (cranberry), while the mid-palate shows intense savoury flavours of black truffle and teriyaki beef. The nose retains salami and orange, while the palate mellows out and develops hints of black fungus, Vegemite and paprika.
