a stunning bottle of wine, about as classicly Dujac as you'll find with the aromatics, and very savory fruit. still incredibly young, this should be even better in another 5-10 years. this bottle was from impeccable provenance (thx Chris). Unfortunately the Roche next to it was corked (98-99)

Sweet and luscious, full and spicy. Great earthy complexity and depth. So much volume, fabulous presence and supremely long, leaving the taste of licorice in the mouth well after swallowing.

Fairly dark profile compared to vintages younger and older, bit short also.
