  Good complexity on the nose with Granny Smith apple skins, lemon peel, some light oak and wheat ale. It's clean and refreshing on the palate. The lemon and ale flavors on the nose transition well, with the oak adding a sense of dryness and spice on the finish . The oak also seems to take the edge off the acidity, making the wine soft, clean, and easy drinking. It's different, interesting, and delicious. Solid effort.
