  • Pale straw in color and slightly cloudy, this wine showed white flowers, slate and dried citrus on the nose. The mouth feel was full bodied with varietally correct spicy and peppery elements. The finish was moderate with nice acidity, integrating the 13% abv with ease.

Available for $9.99US for a 1.0L bottle, this is an excellent qpr and a great introduction to Austria's most popular wine varietal. Perfect as an aperitif, it has enough substance to keep both casual and informed wine drinkers happy.
