  • Good acidity, still a bit tannic, it had a fairly typical "orange" wine profile: orange rind, spice and not much varietal character, not that I'm sure I know what the varietal character of Grenache blanc is anyway. Very nice with assorted cheeses and sourdough bread.

  • A study in two wines. I chilled this for about two hours prior to serving. Initially it was really phenolic-y with tons of spicy notes to go with green apple and a little oak. Good minerality too. Thick mouthfeel, with grippy tannins and excellent acidity. As the wine warmed up though, it begun to smell like nail polish remover, which no one liked. Keeping it cold seemed to do the trick. Would be really cool with food, as long as it was served at the right temperature.

  • Nicely made and a little interesting with the burnt pink color and slight astringency of the skins. Would buy again.
