Burghound

Rockss and Fruit

(Naddef Gevrey-Chambertin 1er "Les Cazetiers") Upon opening little on the nose less some vanilla oak, meat character and some slight floral elements and an intense mineral character. You can tell just by smelling this that it will be explosive on the palate. Juicy and very ripe with brilliant acidity and a highly detailed midpalate and finish. Really incredible finish. Just keeps going. Tannins are there but perfectly ripe. Really a revelation as all I have had is this producers excellent Marsannays.
