{screwcap, 8.5%} If you could somehow liquify carbon monoxide and serve it at 12C, it would resemble this. Odourless, colourless, tasteless. Well, that's not entirely fair; this does have a little pale straw colour. And, of course it won't kill you, unlike CO, although there's a very good chance you could be bored to death. The palate, such as it is, is enlived with just a dash of sugar, so it's not quite off dry. Naturally there's no acid or alcohol to offer any balance. There's a very faint touch of greasy green (bean? asparagus?) flavour; but you needn't worry if it's not to your taste, just wait a second or so and the flavour is gone. I don't know why anyone would drink this as opposed to pure cold water; all this does is remind you of all the things it doesn't have. Water has a noble purity to it, at least.

Gold Coast Holiday 2013; 6/10/2013-6/19/2013 (Brisbane & Gold Coast): low alcohol, gooseberry, tropical fruits, a bit bell pepper and sweet, it's so light in overall, easy drinking, match to chicken salad.
color: 4/5; aroma: 12/15; palate: 14/20; overall: 2+0/10
TOTAL: 82/100
