Vines planted on clay and gravel soils in a very dry climate. Wine left on light lees for 3 months, 5.1 g/l residual sugar, 5.9 g/l acidity, 3.32 pH, 12.5% vol. Light golden straw hue in the glass. Very crisp and acidic on the nose with notes of citrus, apples, undistinguished tropical fruits, followed by light minerality and spice. Not displaying many layers. In the mouth this wine has a smooth and creamy texture, medium to full body, balanced acidity, and noticeable residual sugars, although still dry. The flavors are fruity and juicy with green apples coming to mind.

Really a Pinot Grigio; purchased in Tallahassee. Pear and light apple. Very nice.
