Much darker in color than say a Tavel or Provençal rose, this displays a translucent cranberry hue. Aromas and flavors are dominated by strawberry preserves, wild raspberry, tart cranberry, and flinty minerality. Although this is dry it shows a fruitiness which makes it appealing. Seems to show better as it warms in the glass, so don't drink too cold, more lightly chilled. Still has acceptable acidity that supports a nice, long finish.

Much fruitier than our last bottle. This was mostly strawberry and maybe some other red fruits. It was kindof shut down at the beginning, but it blossomed into a much more fruit impactful wine although still very dry and interesting. I liked it.

A rich, more expansive offering. Dark strawberries and flinty stone flavors are dominating. Darker, racy mineral finish and a good amount of sugars. Wish I could have tried this once upon release as the zestiness has replaced any of the original acids. Really nice upfront mouthfeel.

Fruit has mostly faded from this wine and so it's left with more of a floral character. Wine is very dark - much deeper colored than many roses we've been drinking. Alright, but I prefer the younger versions.

Somewhat sweeter, almost flabby. Wished it had more acidity and verve. Drink up!
