First Chard from these guys. I really like their Pinots, so I thought I'd try the Chardonnay. Very nice, bold and buttery. Much better than most of the more expensive Chard's I've had, such as Far Niente.

Pale yellow green, immediate green apple smell, lychee, chalk, very light acetone. Little syrupy mouthfeel with underwhelming fruit. Bit unusual. Not sure what to make of this. Not is not bad just odd. May adjust on further tastings...87

Good but over-extracted and a touch green. This could settle in a year or so.

Lighter than I remember from the tasting room. It's not bad in any way, just light and mild.
