Probably the most profound bottle I've had. The fruit is starting to creep out and knit together. There's a real flinty chalkiness to this with a leesy texture that's starting to grow. Delicious.

Green apple, some lemon cordial and spun sugar with hints of green leaf. Wonderful tension on the mid-palate. Such textural precision across these bottles and they are very slowly ageing.

Not quite as tight, but still a racy mineral beast. Fruit has opened up slightly, with green apple and white peach. Still very chalky and steely, the acid realy puctuates this wine. In classic Chablis territory and no sign of these crossing the hill anytime soon.

Not dissimilar to my previous note. Definitely shouts Chablis when you take your first sip. Steely and chalky with whispers of lemon and apple skin. There is almost an austerity here, but it's zippy and taut. Not really sure where age will take these, but there is certainly the structure for them to be around a while,

Six years in bottle and still an utter baby. Racy and zingy lemon scented green apple, but it's the chalky minerality that carries this forward. Steely and precise, it's superb with shellfish.
