Clean and refreshing, with nice minerality and medium length. Also shows a fair bit of herbal and slightly green overtones, but balanced to handle the acidity.

Picked up this gem at Costco for $14, and we were stunned by the quality and attractiveness of this Bordeaux Blanc blend from Australia. Clean in glass, with some very pleasant aromas of white peach, quince, star anise and salt air, which all translated to palate in a crisp, fruity mélange of flavors. Bracing acidity perfectly balanced and left in a lip-smacking medium-long finish. Totally delicious.

Light peach, lemon, celery; delicate white floral notes; med. rich on the palate, a light straw pale color; wet rocks, slight clean parafin, bright, sour lemon in the finish. An unoaked, lighter, refreshing style. 60 SB, 40 Semillon. 13%

A lot of grasses and pleasantly stinky/minerals in the bouquet. On the palate full bodied and concentrated, grasses and herbs again, tart apple, good citrus and bitterness.
