  • Bright color, flecks of yellow green, light bubbles. Medium light nose is unremarkable, general white flowers, lemon citrus, jasmine, stone. Palate is sweet, honeyed citrus, candied pear and lemon peel, not a ton of character underneath but what's there is fine. Sweetness covers things up I suspect. For an unknown wine region and low price, not bad. Nothing more than that though.

  • Aromas are fairly sweet and generic. Smells like sweet wine your uncle made. Really not very appealing. Certainly feels a bit like typical Moscato d'Asti in the mouth, but again there isn't too much interest here beyond a slight melon sweetness and that generic sweet wineiness. A bit of stewed pumpkin meat on the finish which is lightly puckering, but certainly has a sickly cloying feel to it that isn't too enjoyable. Unpleasant lingering flavors.
