A cloudy white wine that leaves the white equivalent of sediment in the bottle (it is unfiltered), it is the best white I've had from Paso, and a helluva value for the price. A giant white, with guava and stone fruit on approach into a big (for a white) finish with just a kiss of oak that is complementary rather than an oaky detriment.

Really nice wine. Somewhat cloudy, but there's complexity in those gorgeous clouds! Lemon zest, honeycomb, and some ginger in the background give it a beautiful frame for a medium to full bodied texture. Lovely warm weather wine.
