Tasted blind and went for Italian white albeit no clue as to grape. The nose is the Italian unoaked, clean and mineral smell of nothing. (A quote we stole from Mark Pardoe MW and is so true). Quite mineral and nutty on the palate, pretty pure and well made. A proper 90.

121 BC Saturday tasting (121 BC, Sydney): Almonds tending to marzipan and very slight apricot, also slight lemon citrus on the nose. In the mouth the wine is juicy, slight almond nuttiness, quite textured and talcy, a little short, though and bland on the palate.
