Rounder than my most recent bottle, though that's not a negative. Quite stony in its minerality with minimal fruit (shy notes of lime and pink lemon). Went very well with marinated crab claws, and really began opening up after ~45 minutes. I will likely give my final bottle one final year.

GRAPE VARIETIES: MELON DE BOURGOGNE ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 12%
Pale lemon. Remarkably fine and fresh aromas of green and citrus fruit (Granny Smith apple, quince, grapefruit) with pronounced leesy character, saline minerality (sea breeze) plus subtle notes of jasmine and juniper. Dry on the palate with high level of acidity. Medium-bodied, creamy viscosity. This Grand Mouton has an indisputable crystaline quality to it (whatever that really means?) - an impressively precise and quietly focused Zen-Muscadet. Long finish. 91-92/100
