Clear, pale lemon color. The nose is clean, with medium intensity, light oak treatment, subtle fruit character, yeasty notes, citrus hints. Youthful.
The wine is dry in the palate, medium intensity and body, medium+ alcohol (14%), medium acidity, spicy oak, tropical fruit hints, pineapple and ripe apricot, oily texture, balanced, mid finish.
A good wine, mid price that should be drinking now.

Baron Philippe de Rothschild Wine Dinner Featuring International Masterchef Alexandre Gauthier (Stellar At 1-Altitude): I actually quite liked this white wine. Initially restrained on the nose, it later developed into freshly cut pineapples laced with honey. Hints of oak and white flowers. On the palate, not too complex, oaky and slightly buttery, and it had a tangy mouthfeel. After 1.5 hours, I was quite surprised as it started to display whiskey-like aromas!
