Nice, lighter style Pinot Noir. I didn't get much of the vegetal quality another reviewer mentioned, but there were a few hints of earthiness that led one person to suspect this was more Willamette Valley than California. Pegging this for its true Australian origin might be hard for anyone other than Aussie Pinot experts.

Light in color, muted nose. Raspberry flavor dominates. There's an aspect of a hard candy in there, not the sweetness, just something similar. Good acidity. Enjoyable if not a bit underwhelming.

Red and black cherry with moderate volume. Maturing gracefully with a slightly drying finish. Better a few years back.
