From 62cl, dry but functional cork. Rich, yeasty, quite big-bodied for a CC, and certainly (now) fuller and weightier than previously recorded; supple and absolutely delicious; fully mature, but would keep another 4-5 years. 90P

From 62cl, opened but not decanted 1 hour. Should have decanted or opened much earlier, as this only really opened up 3 hours after opening, by which time the bottle was nearly finished. Best at around 15C. It is what it is: A fine co-op product, but nothing more. Best now, will surely keep, but not improve. 88-89P

From 62cl, good cork, decanted 1 hour. Dried cepes-led, yeasty Vin Jaune aromatics; super-concentrated ripe lemon entry, very pure and tingling; clean medium-long finish. This delicious wine is maturing well two years on from my previous bottle, possibly filling out a little with age (like me). 90-91P

From 62cl, good cork. Opened 2 hours before serving. Fine, slender, clean, citric, nutty CC, definitely the skinny little brother of the Domaine Macle CC 2005 tasted alongside: Closer in terms of body and length of palate to an excellent fino sherry (Tio Pepe?) Nonetheless, a fine wine from the local cooperative, which will doubtless keep (but probably not improve) for a decade. 90P

Jura, Puligny Montrachet and Champagne; 9/8/2013-9/20/2013: Pure, skinny, underripe lemon scent (not a hint of mould or mushroom); almost Manzanilla-like salt tang on the entry; delicate yet persistent mid-palate. Fantastic quality for a Cooperative product; great potential if it fattens up in bottle (over the next 25 years...) 89-91P
