Serious wine, Not a big nose but fresh pear, Quince The mouth feel is dense and chewy woth nice depth of fruit and balance. Mild finisb and persistence. Probably at it's peak now

The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

Lots going on with this wine. Citrus and white flesh fruit both on nose and palate. A touch of honey and the creaminess of Semillon really develops on tongue. Full and rich. All good.

Golden green colour with lemon and pear nose. Not as extracted as some previous vintages but clean with good acid. The pear and lemon come through with brief persistence and an interesting lingering taste of star fruit.

The Fifteenth Annual Stonefields Wine Tasting Dinner for Charity (Guelph, Ontario, Canada): Pretty layered nose with lots going on. The palate is equally intriguing with pear, quince, lemon and barrel notes.
Finish is medium.
