  Dark bronze in color. Would never know this is a rose except for a slight hint of pink. Nose of caramel, cotton candy, caramelized bock beer, and strawberry pie. Candied lemon, green apple, and orange zest. Smooth and sweet that turns tart mid-palate and lingers.

  Outstanding. Very toasty with great depth that a rose brings to a sparkling.

  Light pink color in the glass, clear looking throughout with tiny, steady beading. Nose of asphalt, red berries, red plums and a bit of earthiness. Flavors of red berries, cherries and strawberries. Medium to bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.
