  • This was a poor showing... started with an overwhelming briny, green olive note that was nearly undrinkable... eventually subsided to a funky, earthy, but still lifeless wine. Lacked fruit or freshness. I left their wine club for just this reason, outside the Viader proprietary red, I do not think these bottles justify their price (this one was $50).

  • The wine looks Garnet colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like Red Currant, Raisin, Cherry, Mineral, Pine, and Black Pepper. It tastes like Red Currant, Raisin, Cherry, Light toast, and Black Pepper. The body is Medium. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Medium.

  • A bit on the light bodied side. Stands up well to a pizza. Has a slight lingering fizz to the finish. A hint of blackberry with a very slight pepper note. Fun to drink on a cool, purposeless, day.
