Wow, this has evolved beautifully since the last bottle several years ago. Opened with a huge nose of garrigue and ripe red fruit. Great acid and a wonderful wine overall. Based on this experience and the notes of some friends, need to search out more cooler vintage Oregon pinot. Wish this wasn't my last bottle.

Beautiful WV Pinot and great Garagiste pick up. Medium fruit with firm but not overpowering tannins. Finished 2nd in a 9 person 4 Pinot blind tasting. 1st 2011 Hirsch Sonoma Coast Reserve, 3rd 2011 Martinelli Moonshine Ranch, 4th 2010 Ken Wright Freedom Hill

Tasted at the vineyard with the winemaker. Still youthful, needs some air to bring out the character. Young floral nose, still very fruit prominent with red raspberry and strawberry. Evolved in the glass and certainly will change with bottle time.

Very nice fruit, especially for the 2011 vintage. Ready to drink now, and will likely hold for a few more years.
