Deep purple colour. Sweet plum, tobacco and blueberry notes on the nose. Fleshy smooth palate, notes of oak, plum, blackberry and boysenberry flavours. Mild tannins. Time to drink up I think.

Very important: This TN describes a WHITE wine. For some reason, this bottle is listed as red in my cellar.
Not much to write home about.
Decent entry level wine. Seemed as if it could not decide waht it wanted to be.

Summer and Fall 2022 Wine Adventures (Corolla, NC & Three Rivers, MI & Dogwood Grove, VA): I’m still drinking the occasional Australian shiraz even though it seems I’m in a minority. Unfortunately this one didn’t deliver and came across as a bit astringent and stern, with inflections of pepper and spice but overly feint fruit notes

The nose promised much more than the wine delivers. Loosing fruit. Driven by back palate acid and soft tannins. As before, a quaffer.
